Ok...here's the dealio...you HAVE to chalk your hair. Me and Krick did it two nights ago and we had a friggin blast! I did a small section of my hair then she went all rainbow gangster on hers!
Like everyone else, we've been seeing pictures on
Pinterest for a couple of years, but honestly I really didnt think it would work...I was wrong.
You just take artist chalks (you can get them at any arts and crafts store). We watched several videos on
YouTube and all of them said you mist your hair with a water bottle and then do this twisty motion with the strands. ...but that's not necessary... We ran the chalk under running water and then jut ran it down the strands and it was brillinant. **after you chalk it just let it air dry then curl or flat iron it then spray it with hair spray :) you'll have chalk on your hands, and irons...but it wipes and washes right off.
Krystal washed hers out that night and I left mine in (because I only washed my hair once a month).
Most of mine wore off onto my pillow case and then I washed the rest out the next day.
It would be awesome for spirit week at school, birthday party activities, going to the club...heck - whatever, have fun!
